It does not grant rights to Rockstar's game footage, music or trademarks - those stay Rockstar's. Apply through the help desk; scope and price are agreed before anything is invoiced.
Read-only API access to the site's verified intel feed, so a licensed creator can build overlays, dashboards and scripts on the same source-checked data the site publishes. Create and revoke keys on your profile; requests are metered per key and never touch the answers, verdicts or receipts the site itself serves.
A chrome-free page for OBS as a Browser Source: transparent background, the latest verified money meta and mission briefing, refreshed every minute. It reads GET /api/v1/intel with your own key, so it cannot invent a number or drift from what the site publishes - and your attribution is on screen for every stream. Revoking the key on /profile ends it.

Paid access begins when Stripe confirms the payment. The paid tools themselves open on 19 November 2026. The Desk Pass and the Creator licence join the price list at launch.
Cartel and Kingpin are managed from your profile through Stripe's portal - change the card, cancel, or switch plans without emailing anyone.
A cancelled Cartel or Kingpin plan keeps working until the end of the period already paid for, then the account returns to Street. The Desk Pass never renews.
Prices are in USD. Where tax applies it is shown before the charge. Card details are handled by Stripe, and the site never sees them.
Seven days of Cartel access for one payment of $5. It does not renew and does not become a subscription. The access always ends after seven days, and the $5 is not refundable once the pass starts - except where consumer law gives you a remedy for a faulty service.
Creator covers everything in Kingpin plus a written commercial-use licence for monetised videos, streams and community posts, and read-only API access to the verified intel feed, with keys issued on your profile. It is a licence, not a checkout: apply through the help desk, we agree the scope in writing, countersign the agreement, and only then does the monthly licence start. Rockstar's footage, music and trademarks are never included.
Prices are in USD; tax is shown before you pay. Cartel and Kingpin can be cancelled any time and keep working until the paid period ends, with a 60-day refund window on every charge. The Desk Pass is a one-off $5 charge for seven days and is not refundable once it starts, except where consumer law requires a remedy. Read the refund policy and terms.

Cartel and Kingpin stay live until the period you already paid for ends. Your account, username, Rep, saved roadmaps and progress are untouched.

If you are reading the file, Street costs nothing. If you are playing regularly, Cartel is the monthly plan; Kingpin is the same access for a year at $4.17/mo, billed $49.99 annually.

Yes. Open your profile and use Manage plan to reach Stripe's portal, or use the switch buttons on this page. A cancellation does not cut the period you already paid for: Cartel and Kingpin keep working until that period ends, then the account returns to Street.
