1. The Platform

GTAVIing (gtaviing.online) is an independent fan intelligence platform for GTA 6. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. All GTA 6 game content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GTAVIing. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the platform you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to query The Fixer AI or any part of the platform
• Circumvent rate limits (e.g. creating multiple accounts, clearing fingerprints repeatedly)
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from GTAVIing without permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the platform
• Post or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. The Fixer AI

The Fixer AI is an AI-powered chatbot for entertainment and informational purposes related to GTA 6. You understand that:

• AI responses may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Always verify important information from official sources.
• The Fixer AI is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
• Conversations may be reviewed by us for quality assurance and safety purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend AI access for misuse or abuse.

6. Subscription and Payments

Cartel Plan ($9.99 USD/month): Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Kingpin Plan ($50 USD/year, equivalent to $4.17/month): Billed as a single annual charge of $50 USD. This is a discounted rate compared to the monthly Cartel plan and is only available on an annual billing cycle. The subscription renews automatically each year at the same $50 rate — your price is locked in and will not increase. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops the next year's renewal but does not refund the current year already paid, except as set out in our Refund Policy below.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.

7. Refund Policy

• Cartel monthly: If you experience a significant fault with the service, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a refund of that month's payment. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind cancellations after access has been used.
• Kingpin annual: If you experience a significant fault with the service, contact us within 14 days of your annual charge for a full or pro-rated refund. Outside this window, refunds for change-of-mind cancellations are not provided for the current year already paid, but you can cancel to stop future renewals at any time.
• To request a refund, email support@gtaviing.online with your account email and reason.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content on GTAVIing — including the site design, copy, The Fixer AI character, and GTAVIing branding — is owned by GTAVIing and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without written permission.

GTA 6, Vice City, Leonida, and related marks are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. We use these names for informational and fan purposes only under nominative fair use.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

As an Amazon Associate, GTAVIing earns from qualifying purchases. Pre-order links on this site may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a small commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you.

10. Disclaimers

• GTAVIing is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages (Groq, Tavily, Supabase, Stripe).
• Game information may be speculative, rumoured, or subject to change by Rockstar Games.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTAVIing's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or AUD $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of GTAVIing after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
