Terms of Service

1. The Platform

GTAVIing (gtaviing.online) is an independent fan intelligence platform for GTA 6 — curated intel claims with source trails, interactive maps and location database, character/vehicle/business dossiers, downloadable guide documents, and The Fixer AI assistant. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. GTA 6, Vice City, Leonida, and related names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for informational, fan purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GTAVIing. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the platform you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide an accurate email address when registering.
• One account per person. Creating accounts to bypass limits or manipulate votes breaches these Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
• Your saved vault and preferences are tied to your account; deleting your account removes them.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools against the site, including mass-fetching intel, maps, guides, or The Fixer AI
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls (multiple accounts, clearing identifiers to re-vote or re-query)
• Manipulate the community pulse — self-voting at scale, coordinating vote brigades, or "gaming" a claim's numbers
• Submit false, abusive, or spammy correction reports (reports are reviewed by real people; misuse may restrict your ability to report)
• Scrape, republish, or resell our content, data, or guide documents without permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or post/transmit anything illegal, harmful, or that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform or its data layer
• Impersonate any person or entity, including pretending to be Rockstar or a GTAVIing staff member

5. Community Pulse & Reports

Every claim carries a community pulse (▲ up / ▼ down). Voting is one vote per claim per visitor; you may change your vote, and daily vote caps apply to keep the pulse honest. The pulse is community sentiment only — it never determines a claim's verdict, which comes from our automated source-reputation rules. We do not guarantee the pulse reflects any real-world population.

Anyone can flag an error on a claim via the "Report a correction" panel. Reports are reviewed by our team; a report does not automatically change a claim. Providing a contact email is optional and used only to follow up.

6. Maps, Dossiers & Guides

Our map and location database are a fan-built interpretation built from public leaks and reporting, rendered on an illustrative grid. Map shapes, coordinates (x/y), distances, and pin placements are approximations and may be wrong or change as information develops. The same applies to dossiers and downloadable guides: they compile the best available public information and do not guarantee accuracy. Always treat pre-release information as speculative.

Guide documents downloaded from GTAVIing are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use: you may read, print, and share them privately with friends. You may not resell them, republish them publicly, or strip or alter our branding, links, or plan offers embedded in them.

7. The Fixer AI

The Fixer AI is an entertainment assistant that answers from indexed GTA 6 intel and live web sources. You understand that:

• Its answers may be inaccurate, outdated, or hallucinated. Verify anything important against official sources.
• It is not professional advice of any kind.
• Conversation history older than 24 hours is deleted automatically (see our Privacy Policy).
• Fixer usage is metered per plan: guests 1 query per day, free accounts 5 per day, Cartel and Kingpin unlimited. Meter abuse may suspend AI access.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Cartel Plan ($9.99 USD/month): unlimited Fixer queries plus premium features. Billed monthly; cancel anytime via your account or the Stripe customer portal, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Kingpin Plan ($50 USD/year): the same premium access on an annual cycle at a discounted rate (equivalent to ~$4.17/month). Renews automatically each year at the same locked-in $50 rate. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; cancellation does not refund the current paid year except as set out below.

Payments are processed by Stripe in USD; applicable taxes may apply. Prices may change for new subscribers, with notice before any renewal-price change affecting you.

9. Refunds

• Cartel (monthly): if the service has a significant fault, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a refund of that month. Change-of-mind refunds are not given after access has been used.
• Kingpin (annual): if the service has a significant fault, contact us within 14 days of the annual charge for a full or pro-rated refund. Outside that window, change-of-mind refunds are not available for the current year, but you may cancel future renewals anytime.
• Request refunds at support@gtaviing.online with your account email and reason.

10. Intellectual Property

Our original content — site design and code, editorial copy, The Fixer AI character and responses, the curated database structure, downloadable guide documents, and the GTAVIing brand — is owned by GTAVIing and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without written permission (guide PDFs carry their own personal-use licence in section 6).

Game names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their owners and appear for identification and commentary only.

11. Disclaimers

• GTAVIing is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that any claim, rumour, source, map pin, or answer is correct.
• We are not responsible for outages of third-party services (Supabase, Groq, Tavily, Resend, Stripe, Vercel).
• Game information is subject to change by Rockstar Games at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTAVIing's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or AUD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are emailed to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
