Terms of Service

1. The Platform

GTAVIing (gtaviing.online) is an independent fan intelligence platform for GTA 6: curated intel claims with source trails and evidence receipts, an interactive Leonida map and location database, character / vehicle / business / location / weapons / factions dossiers, downloadable guide documents and branded PDF exports, the Money Board (money meta and spoiler-controlled mission briefings), interactive tools (Business ROI, Heist Optimizer, RP & Progression, hours-to-earn, the 100% completion tracker and the Contract Board), a reputation ("Rep") ladder with a public leaderboard, achievement badges, and The Fixer AI assistant. The site can also be installed on your phone or computer as an app; the installed app is the same website and these Terms apply to it. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. GTA 6, Vice City, Leonida, and related names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for informational, fan purposes only.

2. Pre-Launch Status

• The Fixer AI live chat opens on release. Until the 19 November 2026 release instant the chat does not answer visitor questions - the site shows a product preview, the sourced pitch and the roadmap instead. Money meta, mission briefings and the paid tools fill with game data after release.
• Plans can be reserved early. A Cartel or Kingpin subscription bought before launch starts billing when you buy it and activates its entitlements when the chat goes live. Guest and free meters (1 query a day as a guest, 5 a day on a free account) apply once the chat is open.
• Pre-launch previews are previews. Where a paid tool offers a "preview it first" demo before launch, that is a demonstration of the tool on example numbers, not a permanent entitlement. Previews are removed at launch; from then on the tools open for the plans that include them.
• Intel is speculative by nature. Pre-release information, dossiers and map geometry change as official and credible reporting lands.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GTAVIing. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the platform you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide an accurate email address when registering.
• One account per person. Creating accounts to bypass limits or manipulate votes or Rep breaches these Terms.
• Your chosen username is shown publicly on the leaderboard and anywhere Rep is displayed; you can hide yourself from the public list at any time from your Profile settings. Your Rep and any achievement badges are derived from your activity and cannot be transferred.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
• Your preferences, bookmarks, Rep and meters are tied to your account; deleting your account removes them. Deleting the account does not cancel a paid plan - cancel it first (section 9).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools against the site, including mass-fetching intel, maps, guides, or The Fixer AI
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls (multiple accounts, clearing identifiers to re-vote or re-query, spoofing device identifiers to reset meters)
• Manipulate the community pulse or the Rep ladder - self-voting at scale, coordinating vote brigades, farming Rep, or "gaming" a claim's numbers
• Submit false, abusive, or spammy correction reports (reports are reviewed by real people; misuse may restrict your ability to report)
• Upload or transmit content you have no right to share. Chat supports image attachments and voice input: only send images and recordings you own or may lawfully send, with no illegal content and no personal information about other people
• Use the AI tools to generate or request unlawful, harmful, or infringing material, or to attempt to break The Fixer's rules or extract its system instructions
• Scrape, republish, or resell our content, data, or guide documents without permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or post/transmit anything illegal, harmful, or that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform or its data layer
• Impersonate any person or entity, including pretending to be Rockstar or a GTAVIing staff member

6. Community Pulse, Rep & Reports

Every claim carries a community pulse (▲ up / ▼ down). Voting is one vote per claim per visitor; you may change your vote, and daily vote caps apply to keep the pulse honest. The pulse is community sentiment only - it never determines a claim's verdict, which comes from our automated source-reputation rules. We do not guarantee the pulse reflects any real-world population.

Playing the site earns Rep (visits, guides read, dossier opens, votes, Fixer questions). Rep is displayed on a public ladder, with an opt-out that hides you from the lists while your Rep keeps accruing behind the scenes. Achievement badges (including the Founding Kingpin badge with your founder number) are awarded automatically from your own usage and cannot be bought, sold, or edited.

Anyone can flag an error on a claim via the "Report a correction" panel. Reports are reviewed by our team; a report does not automatically change a claim. Providing a contact email is optional and used only to follow up.

7. Maps, Dossiers & Guides

Our map and location database are a fan-built interpretation built from public leaks and reporting, rendered on an illustrative grid. Map shapes, coordinates (x/y), distances, and pin placements are approximations and may be wrong or change as information develops. The same applies to dossiers and downloadable guides: they compile the best available public information and do not guarantee accuracy. Always treat pre-release information as speculative.

Guide documents and PDFs downloaded from GTAVIing are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use: you may read, print, and share them privately with friends. You may not resell them, republish them publicly, or strip or alter our branding, links, or plan offers embedded in them. What you calculate in the interactive tools (your portfolios, heist plans, progression plans) is yours to use and export for your own play.

8. The Fixer AI

The Fixer AI is an entertainment assistant that answers from indexed GTA 6 intel and live web sources. You understand that:

• Its answers may be inaccurate, outdated, or hallucinated. Verify anything important against official sources.
• It is not professional advice of any kind.
• Conversation history older than 24 hours is deleted automatically (see our Privacy Policy).
• Fixer usage is metered per plan: guests 1 query per day, free accounts 5 per day, Cartel and Kingpin unlimited. Meter abuse may suspend AI access.
• Voice input is transcribed by our provider (see the Privacy Policy for the processors and retention), and image attachments are sent to the AI provider to answer your question.
• Priority: when the network is at capacity, Kingpin queries are admitted ahead of the queue and Cartel queries ahead of free and guest traffic, so paid questions start sooner. Free and guest queries are never refused by the priority lane itself - they simply wait their turn.

9. Subscriptions & Payments

Cartel Plan ($9.99 USD a month): unlimited Fixer queries plus the Cartel feature set (money meta, mission briefings, the business ROI calculator and the other Cartel tools listed on the pricing page). Renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Kingpin Plan ($49.99 USD a year): everything in Cartel on an annual cycle (about $4.17 a month), plus the heist optimizer, RP calculator, the priority queue and the Founding Kingpin badge. Renews automatically every year until you cancel.

• Who sells the plan. Paid plans are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for the purchase. Link takes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST for your country, issues the receipt and handles payment support. The charge appears on your card statement as LINK.COM* followed by our name. Link's own terms govern the payment itself; these Terms govern your use of GTAVIing. If a purchase is processed by Stripe directly instead, Stripe is the processor and these Terms apply in the same way.
• Price and tax. Prices are in US dollars. Depending on where you live, tax may be added at checkout; the checkout page shows the full amount before you pay. Prices may change for new subscribers. If the price of a plan you already hold changes, we email you before the renewal it affects, and you can cancel before then.
• One plan per account. An account holds one paid plan at a time. If you already subscribe and choose another plan, you are switched to it instead of being charged for a second plan (see below).
• Switching plans. You can switch between Cartel and Kingpin from your Profile or the pricing cards. Moving up to Kingpin happens straight away: the moment you confirm, your card is charged the prorated difference - the Kingpin price for the new term, less a credit for the unused days of the plan you already paid for - and Stripe emails you a receipt for exactly that amount. If you want to know the amount before you commit, email support@gtaviing.online first and we will tell you. Moving down to Cartel takes effect at the end of the Kingpin year you have already paid for, and you keep Kingpin until then.
• Cancelling. Cancel at any time from Profile → Manage / cancel subscription, or through the billing portal sign-in (enter the email you paid with and a sign-in link is emailed to you). Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then moves to the free tier, and you can undo the cancellation any time before that date.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, it is retried for a short period. If it still cannot be collected, the plan ends and the account returns to the free tier.
• Pre-launch purchases. Plans bought before 19 November 2026 are billed from the moment of purchase. The tools that already exist open straight away; The Fixer's live chat and the game-data features open for every subscriber on release day.

10. Donations

GTAVIing also accepts one-off donations through Stripe (no account required). Donations are voluntary contributions to running the platform - hosting, AI and search APIs, email delivery and the domain. They are not a purchase, carry no entitlement beyond the thank-you described below, are not tax-deductible (GTAVIing is not a registered charity), and are non-refundable except where a payment was made in error or the law requires otherwise (see the Refund & Return Policy). Donations are processed by Stripe directly, not through Link. If you optionally provide a display name, it is published on the patrons page inside the next guide PDF, alongside Cartel and Kingpin subscribers who opted in.

11. Refunds & Returns

• Plans are a digital service, so there is nothing to physically return: a refund is the return, and access to the paid features ends when the refund is issued.
• Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute cancels the plan it relates to straight away.

12. Intellectual Property

Our original content - site design and code, editorial copy, The Fixer AI character and responses, the curated database structure, downloadable guide documents, and the GTAVIing brand - is owned by GTAVIing and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without written permission (guide PDFs carry their own personal-use licence in section 7).

Your licence to use the platform. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use GTAVIing for your own non-commercial play and research, for as long as you keep to these Terms. That licence covers normal use of the site and the installed app; it does not cover copying the site, its code or its database, running it on someone else's behalf, or reverse-engineering or attempting to extract anything except where the law says that restriction cannot apply. It ends if your account is closed or terminated.

EULA. There is no separate end-user licence agreement, because there is no separate program to install: the app you can add to your home screen is this website, and this section is its licence. Third-party open-source software bundled into the site is listed, with its licences, on the Third-Party Notices page.

Game names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their owners and appear for identification and commentary only. If you believe something we publish infringes your rights, the procedure is on our Copyright & IP Policy page - it explains what a notice must contain, how quickly we act on one, and how a counter-notice works.

13. Disclaimers

• GTAVIing is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that any claim, rumour, source, map pin, or answer is correct.
• We are not responsible for outages of third-party services (Supabase, Groq, Google, Tavily, Resend, Stripe and Link, Vercel, GitHub).
• Game information is subject to change by Rockstar Games at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTAVIing's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or AUD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are emailed to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
