GTAVIING
Refund & Return Policy
Last updated: October 2026
The short version: ask within 60 days of any Cartel or Kingpin charge and that charge is refunded in full. A refund ends the plan it paid for. Plans are digital, so there is nothing to send back. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other consumer law that applies to you are not affected by anything on this page.
1. Cartel and Kingpin plans
- 60 days, every charge. You can ask for a refund of a plan charge within 60 days of that charge. This covers the first purchase and every renewal, monthly (Cartel) or yearly (Kingpin). You do not need to give a reason.
- Full refund of that charge. The whole amount of that charge, including any tax collected on it, goes back to the payment method you used.
- What happens to the plan. When a charge is refunded in full, the subscription it paid for is cancelled and the account moves to the free tier straight away. Your account, Rep, badges and settings are kept. You can subscribe again at any time.
- After 60 days. We do not refund time you have already had, but you can cancel at any time so the plan does not renew (see Terms of Service, section 9). If the service has a major fault, you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law whenever it happens, not only within 60 days.
- Switching plans. Moving up from Cartel to Kingpin is charged straight away, with any credit for unused Cartel time shown on the confirmation page before you agree. Moving down from Kingpin to Cartel takes effect when the paid Kingpin year ends, so there is nothing to refund for the change itself.
2. How to ask for a refund
Use whichever is easiest:
- Through Link. Paid plans are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which is the merchant of record for the purchase. Open the receipt email Link sent you, or sign in at link.com with the email you paid with, find the GTAVIing order and request a refund there.
- By email. Write to support@gtaviing.online from the email address on your account, with the date of the charge. We reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days.
Refunds normally reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Cooling-off periods
If you live in a country with a legal cooling-off or withdrawal period for online purchases (for example 14 days in the EU and the UK), the 60-day window above already includes it, and the purchase is refunded in full whether or not you have used the plan.
4. Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts, not purchases, so they are not refunded because you changed your mind. If you donated by mistake, were charged twice, or the amount was wrong, email support@gtaviing.online within 60 days and we will refund it. Donations are processed by Stripe directly and are not tax-deductible.
5. Returns
Everything GTAVIing sells is a digital service delivered in your browser or the installed app. There is no physical product to return: a refund is the return, and access to the paid features ends when the refund is issued. Guide PDFs and files you exported while the plan was active stay with you for personal use under the Terms of Service.
6. Chargebacks
Please ask us or Link first - it is faster than a bank dispute and the result is the same. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute cancels the plan it relates to straight away.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version applies to charges made after the "Last updated" date above. A change never reduces the refund window for a charge you have already paid.
